The standard yarn-breaking auto-stop device reduces carpet surface defects.

The bottom is electrically lifted, and an independent bottom fabric constant tension control unit can be selected.

The bottom presser foot is electrically driven by a screw rod and locked hydraulically. The accuracy is ±0.01mm, and the parameters can be set on the touch screen without manual adjustment.

The platform is lifted by electric screw rod, and the bed board setting accuracy is ±0.01mm. Hydraulic locking method is applied. Simply touching the screen to set parameters, NO manual operation is required.

The driving device adopts a dynamic balance eccentric controlling system (We own patent), which can be operated smoothly and can reach a maximum speed of 2000 rpm. The lateral movement of the needle bar is controlled by electronic cam servo, reaching a maximum speed of 1000 rpm. The electronic jacquard system adopts a double-roller structure, and the jacquard machine adopts a stepper servo motor with signal feedback. Theoretically, there can be even 256 layers of pile.
